As a guy who is at the tail end of the Baby Boomer generation, I am quickly approaching Retirement age. As a matter of fact, just a couple of months ago I started to get AARP advertisements. You guessed it, I just turned 50, in April. This site is an idea of mine to help people in my age group with resources and information as they approach Retirement age. You see, I am not sure when or even if I will retire. The economy doesn’t exactly look very good. While I have tried to be relatively wise over the past couple of years, prior to that I was definitely caught up in the economic boom mentality. But that is a different story.
